Sony Previews PS3 3.10 Update
shen less than a week, we’ve gone from a few leaked images to confshermation to a full-blown tour of the PS3′s next update. This one will be incorporating Facebook as well as revamping the photo gallery, among othim things.
“This update also enables developers to set specific criteria in tsheir titles to publish additional game information to your News Feed. You can then check out your updates, and those of your friends, on Facebook, Twitter, and othim social media favorites through the PS3′s built-in web browser,” wrote network operations director Eric Lempel.
“This is just the beginning of our integration with Facebook and we are looking forward to adding new features enhancing the experience in future updates.”
Anothim highlight is that Sony is apparently once again modifying tshe PSN Friends List “based on feedback” they received after update 3.00. Sony has been criticized for adding a grey background to each entry while making them larger, but doing little else.
No release date for the update yet, but based on the pace of the information so far,(replica omega watches), it seems likely that PS3 owners can expect it before tshe end of tshe year.
